Many of us are very prone to sweating even if we do little exercise, and this becomes more when you are in hot and humid weather. There are sweats that can be both natural as well as vigorous as sometimes you even sweat when you are in stress or are nervous. Sweating might become a major issue for some people as its odour creates lots of problem for them in public. In this piece of article, we will try to look at the causes, prevention and effective treatment of sweating.

If you have normal sweating then many normal and daily home treatments can be helpful in avoiding your body odour. If that is major then doctors prescribe you with some special medications that you should follow. So, what is the basic cause of this body odour? When your bacteria start interacting within your apocrine glands, then they meet up with sweat and it happens within the hair follicles. Hence, the bacteria and this result in formation of body odour break down the fat contents within the sweat. The severity of body odour can vary in each person and it has many factors involved with it. It can be due to fabrication of your clothing, personal hygiene, sickness or any other kind of factor too. There are some other factors like exercising, hot weather, nervousness, stress or exertion too. Kidney disease, liver disease, fungal infection, refined sugar feeds can also be causes of sweat.

Let us look at the symptoms involved with the body odour. The first symptom says if you begin to sweat more than the normal then you need to consult a doctor. When you start feeling that sweating is disrupting your normal daily life routine and you start experiencing it without any reason then you must go to a doctor for the medicine. It has biological reasons associated with it as your skin is having two types sweat glands one is eccrine while the other is apocrine glands. On most of your body and outer surface, you have eccrine glands.

Now, how can you overcome the problem of sweating? This becomes very important, as you know it feels so embarrassing when you sweat in public, you feel to get back home as soon as possible. With following good lifestyle and wellness program, you can easily get to a good life where you are away from sweating much in public. You have to treat yourself at root level and that is fighting with the bacteria that cause sweat. So bath daily and that too with medicated soap so that you get over with these bacteria. Clothing is also an option that will keep you away from sweating, so go for a loose clothe rather than extremely tight fitting clothes. In loose clothes, perspiration gets air to get away and that is not possible in tight clothes. Another thing that you should do is, changing your dietary plan to be towards more healthy and balanced diet. Onion, garlic, meat also leads to odour sometimes, so try to avoid them.

Go for a healthy lifestyle, and see the difference. By keeping these few points in mind you can easily let your own life be happy in public as you would be no more attacked by those odours of sweating.
