Nutritional silent poisons are ingredients which slowly eats away all the nutrients which are essential for health. Some of the silent poisons are white flour, white refined salt and sugar. They can be found in canned foods, processed foods and prepared foods. They can also be on the salt on your dining table.
We can visualise salt, flour and sugar as pure white colour because of the processing which breaks them from its original colour and is bleached. Whole flour is grey or brown in colour. Natural rock salt is a better option that processed salt. Try choosing bread which is made from whole grain wheat. These alone can make your cut down your silent poison in your daily intake.
